Kaleidoscope
Privacy Policy
Last updated 7 October 2026. This policy is published by Kaleidoscope Ventures Inc., operating as Kaleidoscope, for the website and services at kaleidoscope.to.
Who we are
Kaleidoscope Ventures Inc. (“Kaleidoscope”, “we”, “us”) operates the Kaleidoscope alcohol liberation program and this website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it and the choices you have. Questions go through our contact page.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly:
- Contact and account details, such as your name, email address and, if you add one, your mobile number.
- Your assessment responses and anything you choose to share with the healer team, which may include information about your health and wellbeing.
- Messages you send us, including through the contact page and the member portal.
- Scheduling details for consultations and calls.
We also collect limited technical information when you use the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, and we keep audit records of sign-ins and account changes to protect your account.
How we use information
- To review your application, support your participation in the program and provide member services.
- To sign you in securely, including sending one-time codes by email or, if you opt in, by text message.
- To schedule and run consultations and calls, and to send you related notices.
- To respond to your messages.
- To keep our services secure, prevent abuse and meet our legal obligations.
Text messages
If you add a mobile number to your account and agree to receive text messages, we send one-time sign-in codes to that number. You receive one message per sign-in, only when you choose to sign in with a text code. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; you can also remove the number from your account settings.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Your mobile number and consent to receive text messages are used only to send the sign-in codes you request.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers that help us run the program, such as hosting, database, email, text message, video call and scheduling providers, who may use it only to provide those services to us.
- With the Kaleidoscope healer team and staff who need it to support you.
- When required by law, or to protect the safety of you or others.
How long we keep information
Application, assessment, notes and messages are retained for seven years after your last contact with us. Consent and audit records follow separate retention rules. You can request deletion of your account from your account settings; some records are kept where the law requires it.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, multi-factor authentication for staff and audit logging. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
- You can review your sign-in details and request account deletion in your account settings.
- You can stop text messages by replying STOP or by removing your mobile number from your account.
- You can ask us about the information we hold about you through the contact page.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the date at the top when we do. Questions about this policy can be sent through our contact page. See also our Terms of Service.
